I went to the grocery store yesterday and dropped another $200+. How do we eat so much? It doesn't seem like we do but I guess the "organic this" and "starbucks that" and the "sauvignon I don't mind if I do" all add up.
Watching Jamie Oliver this week I am struck by how the food debate plays out so differently in each household. I don't have any answers and I'm fairly lax compared to some. The best I can offer is a pretty good imitation of what I think a mother should serve.
That's really the best I can do all around because even on days when I don't feel like a mom deep down, I still have to keep doing it.
Another work in progress. More fruit, the plates are always empty.
Imitation of a Mom, aka "Here let me get that for you."
